Concept Catalyst:

A 30-day Idea Development Sprint

During this 30-day collaborative sprint, you’ll select your most promising idea from your visioning work (no more guessing which idea you should pursue), brainstorm transformational elements to deepen and strengthen your idea, and ultimately merge the most impactful elements into your final concept to implement after the sprint.
building your dream home

When you designed your Purpose Prototype, you discovered something powerful:

the intersection of your unique genius and the change you're meant to create in the world.

That insight sparked ideas that made you come alive - your mind exploding with possibilities.

You birthed ideas that went deep beyond the surface-level like:

For Change-Making Professionals:

That revolutionary mentoring program that would transform your industry from the inside out
The thought leadership platform that would finally let you share your hard-earned wisdom
The innovative consultation method that combines your unique expertise with emerging technology

For Purpose-Driven Individuals:

That community initiative that would bridge generational gaps in your neighborhood
The creative healing program that blends your artistic gifts with trauma recovery
The educational movement that would make personal growth accessible to underserved youth

For Visionary Business Owners:

The service model that would redefine client experience in your field
The hybrid offer that produces your unique products in parallel with solving a community need
The scalable program that would let you impact thousands instead of dozens

Now, it's time to develop your strongest idea into a tangible concept with real-world impact.

The Critical Step Most Visionaries Skip (Or Stay Stuck In)

The gap between your vision and making it a reality isn't filled by execution alone - it's the ideation, or idea development, phase that takes your big vision and breaks it down into strategic, executable steps.
People like you that have a great idea you're interested in pursuing typically end up in one of these three scenarios:
  • Scenario 1: You let imposter syndrome and fear get the best of you, and end up never taking the time to fully build out the idea and craft the plan to execute it - now that idea that can fundamentally change our world sits and waits for you to make a move
  • Scenario 2: They actually take the time, too much time, to fully develop their idea - now their friends and family are tired from years of hearing about this idea they've done zero with -meanwhile, someone else has and is about to hit the launch on it
  • Scenario 3: They get overwhelmingly excited and rush to execution to get it out into the world - completely skipping the idea development phase which adds depth, assesses risk, and maximizes impact potential
Too little planning leads to chaos.  Too much planning leads to paralysis. No planning leads to impact unrealized.

Let's look deeper into each idea development scenario.

select an option:

Common reasons people never start developing their ideas:

Mindset Barriers
Not thinking the idea is strong enough, overwhelm from the amount of planning that would be needed, and anxiety about feedback
Resource Challenges
Not having a structured way to build out their idea, not sure where to start, and limited financial resources or time constraints
Lack of Support
No support system, no accountability, no access to constructive feedback

Spending too much time in idea development can lead to:

Analysis Paralysis
Hard to make decisions from having too many options, and the fear of making the wrong choice eventually becomes greater than having the courage to move forward and execute
Diminishing Returns
Spending hours fixing little things that people would hardly notice, meanwhile you could've been working on things that would actually make a big difference
Missed Opportunities
While you're in your endless cycle of researching and editing, someone else has launched something similar, or the need your idea was going to solve has changed
Mental Burnout
The weight of your unexecuted idea becomes heavier and heavier and your "never good enough" idea wears you down

Skipping idea development can lead to:

Financial Hits
Higher costs from lack of planning, lost opportunities or revenue because the timing isn't right, and unexpected expenses and budget overruns
Time Wasted
Constant backtracking to fix foundational issues, longer timeline because you're flying by the seat of your pants with every move, time lost from exploring the wrong things
Impact Compromise
Missing important elements that would increase depth and impact, bad market fit, and inconsistent impact delivery
Emotional Toll
High stress levels and frustration, burnout from constantly troubleshooting, and potentially damaged relationships

Whether you're hesitant to build out your idea, rushing to launch without a roadmap, or overthinking into oblivion – all of these scenarios lead to impact lost.

Concept Catalyst gives you the structure to develop your idea with purpose, the flexibility to maintain momentum, the peer support to move with confidence, and 30 days to find that sweet spot between thoughtful and done.

your idea needs development

The Real Reason Your Ideas Stay Stuck

Here's what everyone gets wrong about bringing big ideas to life:
They think execution is everything. "Just start!" "Done is better than perfect."

It all sounds great, but the reality is that jumping straight from idea to execution, and skipping idea development, is like building a house with no blueprint.

Sure, you will end up with...something. But -
Is it what you actually wanted?
Will it stand the test of time?

Or will you spend the next year fixing structural problems that could have been avoided with proper planning?

And will you also spend the next year constantly adding new elements to your renovation to do list because you didn't take the time to fully think through the design before you started building?

The Collective Genius of The Sprint Format

A sprint, in project management, is defined as a short, time-boxed period when a team works to complete a set amount of work.

In other words - this isn't another "work in isolation" program or generic course where you're left to figure things out alone. The Collaborative Sprint brings together the best of all worlds:

The personal attention of 1:1 consulting, without the premium price tag or dependency on a single perspective.

The community support of group coaching, without getting lost in a crowd or moving at someone else's pace.

The structure of a digital course, without the isolation and lack of real-time feedback.

Your dedicated sprint cohort becomes your idea's first ecosystem.

Unlike traditional group programs where you compete for attention, or 1:1 consulting that limits you to a single perspective, the sprint format provides hands-on feedback from diverse viewpoints, real-time problem-solving from multiple angles, and collective intelligence that strengthens every sprinter's concept.

Your ideas deserve better than yet another course you won't finish

Think of the sprint as part creativity lab, part strategy bootcamp, and part permission slip to finally take your ideas seriously.

The Sprint hits different because it combines:
  1. The personal attention you need
  2. The collective group genius and momentum you want
  3. The structure you secretly crave
  4. All without the fluff, overwhelm, or generic advice that doesn't actually help you move forward
  5. And in a time-restricted container for just enough urgency

the power of focused intensity

Why 30 days?

The 30-day sprint format is strategically designed to be the ideal container for transforming your vision into reality.
It gives the perfect balance of urgency and depth. It's long enough to develop meaningful complexity, yet short enough to maintain unstoppable momentum.

When you know you have 30 days to move from concept to concrete plan, you:
  1. Make decisions and move forward with confidence and clarity instead of endless overthinking and reworking
  2. Stay connected to your vision's energy, building on each day's progress
  3. Have the excitement of making 6+ months of progress in 1 month's time
Here's how 30 days becomes just enough time to build a viable concept:
  1. Week 1: Ample time to combine your boldest ideas into one impactful concept
  2. Week 2: Deep enough to push past surface-level solutions
  3. Week 3: Long enough to uncover and solve hidden challenges
  4. Week 4: Sufficient time to create detailed execution plans
  5. Yet short enough to prevent perfectionism from putting us in a chokehold

You will be surprised what you can build with relentless focus.

Let's Walk Through Your 30 Days Inside Concept Catalyst

Your Sprint consists of four parts:
01
The Visioning Pre-Work
If you haven't already completed the Purpose Prototype Retreat work, you'll do so before your sprint starts. This visioning work sets the foundation for your impact-driven ideas. One week prior to the start of your sprint you will receive a sprint planning guide to help you prepare for our 30 days together.
02
The Sprint Plan + Tools
The day your sprint begins you will receive access to your comprehensive sprint dashboard. This is to ensure the integrity of the sprint format - it's only effective when everyone starts at the same time and is working on the same tasks. The resources and tasks inside the dashboard will help you ideate deeply, then validate and build out your concept. You will also be provided direction on any other tools or information that may be helpful for your concept.
03
Live Weekly Group Sessions
Each week there are two live group sessions. One is a standing coworking session and the other is a collaborative session whose content focus is dependent on what week of the sprint we are on.
04
Asynchronous 1:1 Support
At any time during the sprint if you need individualized support - more than posting your question in the community space - you will have a sprint-exclusive link to send DeAnna a video or text message with your question to start an asynchronous conversation.
Every week of the sprint is kicked off with a video overview of the week ahead, a group progress check-in, and any discussed follow ups from the week prior

The Concept Catalyst Sprint Plan

select an option:
sprint week 1:

Vision Clarity and Creative Environment Design

You've met the other Sprinters and now it's time to zero in on your vision. You'll create your ideal space to have laser focus in when doing sprint work. You'll spend some time reviewing the insight from Purpose Prototype and determining which idea you want to pursue in this sprint. You'll also start brainstorming what a tangible concept could look like based on that idea.
  1. Design an inspiring space for you to work in during the sprint
  2. Select your highest-impact opportunity from your visioning work
  3. Begin brainstorming ways you can turn that opportunity into a concept
sprint week 2:

Idea Generation and Initial Concepting

This is likely your most exciting week! It's a week full of uninhibited brainstorming, ideation, collaborating, co-working - generating as many ideas as you can on how to turn your idea into a concept, and how to make it achieve the impact you envision.
  1. Transform your idea into a robust concept
  2. Leverage the collective genius of your sprint partners to help deepen your concept
  3. Pull from over 100 brainstorming techniques to think through how to make the biggest impact with your concept
sprint week 3:

Concept Refinement and Validation

Now that you've landed on what your concept will be, it's time to test it. You'll present the concept to the other Sprinters, your loved ones, and anyone else you feel will have constructive feedback that will help you move forward.  You'll do research on what else exists in your impact area and edit your concept based on any learnings. We are looking for potential opportunities and potential problems with your concept that we can solve for up front.
  1. Test and strengthen your concept with peer review and feedback
  2. Refine your concept based on real-world insights
  3. Strengthen your impact proposition
sprint week 4:

Detailed Execution Planning

The final week of the sprint is all about
  1. Build your detailed implementation roadmap based on our frameworks
  2. Identify resources needed to launch
  3. Set clear, achievable milestones

your idea partner

You are the ultimate expert on your vision. My role - and the role of the sprint - is to help you make it tangible.

I do this by providing proven frameworks you'll adapt to your specific needs, facilitating collaborative discussions that strengthen all projects, maintain the momentum and energy of our sprint, and I guide the overall idea development process while you guide your specific direction.

Success in the sprint happens when you're actively engaged and working through the frameworks, have an open mind to collaborative insight from other changemakers inside the sprint, doing daily development work, and from you adapting the sprint structure to your unique vision for your concept.

You've already proven you're capable of generating powerful visions. Now it's time to develop one into its full potential.

Your idea isn't too big. Your vision isn't too ambitious. And with the right idea development process, your impact isn't out of reach.

FAQ

Here are some common questions you might have.
I haven't done the Purpose Prototype Retreat yet. Can I still join a sprint?
Absolutely! The Purpose Prototype 2-day Virtual Retreat is included in your investment for the sprint, and you would just complete that work before the sprint begins.
What if I'm not sure which of my ideas I want to pursue?
That is totally ok! The first week of the sprint is all about vision clarity, choosing the idea you want to pursue, and starting to brainstorm on concepts you could create with that idea. So you will have time to test out different ideas to see which you want to move forward with pursuing.
How much time per week will I need to dedicate to this?
This sprint packs a heavy amount of work into 30 days. The more time you are able to allocate towards this work, the deeper and more impactful your concept will be developed. You can expect to dedicate 5+ hours a week to doing the work. You have 3 months to access the content post-sprint in case you fall behind, but we strongly encourage you to block off 5 hours minimum a week on your calendar.
When are the live sessions each week?
They are typically on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 8pm EST. Because the sprint is an intimate container, feedback from the sprinters is requested for which days and times work best. We try to accommodate the options that work best for most.
How many people are in each sprint?
Each sprint will have a maximum of 20 people inside. This helps to ensure the sprint environment stays intimate, but that there are also enough people to ensure diverse perspectives.
How long do I have access to the sprint content?
You will have access to the sprint content for 3 months after the sprint completes. While we expect the majority of the work to be done within the sprint, more ideas and information are always flowing, so we want to give you time and space to explore that and add it to your concept.
If I need additional support during the sprint, what are my options?
Your sprint is housed inside our community idea space, so at any time you can post your questions / thoughts inside and get feedback from the other Sprinters doing this work alongside you.

At any time during the sprint if you need individualized support - more than posting your question in the community space - you will have a sprint-exclusive link to send DeAnna a video or text message with your question to start an asynchronous conversation.
What is the next step after I finish my sprint?
After you complete your sprint, you can join an even more intimate container, Vision Velocity, which are collaborative idea execution circles (they're like accountability groups). Over six months, you, and a max of 7 other Changemakers, would support each other in executing the concept roadmap you created inside the sprint. You will receive a link to more information about this partnership at the end of the sprint.

In the future when you have another idea you want to pursue, you can book a sprint again at an exclusive alumni rate.
Do I need a special software for this?
You will not need to pay for any special software for this sprint. Any software utilized for templates will be able to be used with its free version.
Is this sprint only offered virtually?
Yes, the sprint is only offered virtually and is facilitated in English.
Is this refundable?
Due to the hands-on, intimate experience of the sprint, it is not refundable. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your sprint experience, please email support@thevisionry.com and we will work together to correct that!
