Do I need to come in with a fully clear idea or defined project?
No. You can come in with a fuzzy idea, a half-built project, or a business problem you know needs attention but have not fully sorted out yet. The Offload Call is designed to create clarity around what needs to be handed off and what your Handed Off Day should be used to accomplish.
What happens on the Offload Call?
Your Offload Call is a focused conversation to understand the full picture, create clarity around what actually needs to be handed off, and determine whether the current direction should be discarded, replaced, reshaped, or moved forward. By the end of the call, we will know exactly what your Handed Off Day should be used to accomplish.
What if I am not sure whether my project is the right fit?
That is exactly what the
Offload Call is for. We are not evaluating whether you fit into a category. We are looking at the project itself, what it needs, and whether Handed Off is the right structure to solve it well.
What kinds of businesses is this best for?
Handed Off is best for small to midsize businesses, in any industry, with meaningful work that keeps getting delayed because it needs both strategic thinking and execution to move.
What will I walk away with?
That depends on the project, but every engagement is designed to create tangible progress. That may include a clarified scope, strategic plan, workflow, system, offer structure, messaging direction, execution assets, or a first phase of work completed.
What if my project is bigger than a day?
If we determine during the Offload Call that your project requires more time to do well, we also offer Week, Month, and Quarter handoffs. That recommendation is made based on the scope, complexity, and level of execution required.
Is this for admin work or task support?
No. Handed Off is not for admin tasks, low-level to-do lists, or work that can be handed off without much thought. It is for important projects that require strategy, structure, and execution.
Do you actually execute, or just advise?
Both. Handed Off is built for projects that need more than ideas. Strategy is part of the work, but the goal is always meaningful progress and real deliverables.
Can you give me an example of someone who did not come in with a clear project?
Yes. One client came into an Offload Call ready to walk away from her photography business. She thought the problem was the business itself. But by the end of the call, it became clear that the stronger move was to reposition her services around headshot activations for B2B audiences like corporations, conferences, and events. The call helped clarify the real project, and her Handed Off Day was then used to build the strategy around that new direction and begin execution.
